Warranty Service

The funny thing about warranties is that they are only as good as the support structure behind them. A company could offer a 20 year warranty but when you take into account the exclusions, the waiting for call backs, and your over all frustration level, what is it really worth.

Skutt’s NEW 10 year warranty is straight forward. If you have a failed component on your new red Skutt wheel within 10 years of purchasing it, we will fix it. We will pay parts AND labor. Many of our full service distributors will even repair the wheel on site. Non-red Skutt wheels still retain the 5 year warranty that existed when purchased.

Best Packaging

Few things are more disappointing than receiving a wheel that has been damaged in transit. We have invested in the top-of-the-line packaging system to insure the safe delivery of your wheel. Many of our distributors even offer professional delivery and setup services. They will physically inspect every wheel before they deliver it.

Technical Service –
There when you need it.

Our technical department is open 5 days week Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. We have full-time technicians available to answer your questions. If you have a problem after hours, we have a comprehensive troubleshooting web site to help you figure out the problem.

Talk to a Person Not a Recording

Our customer service department is connected from the receptionist to the President. It is extremely rare that our phone is not answered by an actual person. If we are busy and you need to talk to someone personally, the phone system will find someone for you, guaranteed!
