Spin and Smash for School Arts

Overview:

Spin & Smash for School Arts! is a fun and interactive pottery-themed fundraiser that invites participants to get hands-on with clay while raising funds for school art programs.For a ticket price ($20-$25), participants (ages 12+) enjoy 20 minutes on a pottery wheel to create their own clay pieces and the chance to smash up to 3 pots at a smash booth — because sometimes breaking things is just good for the soul! The event is designed to be light-hearted and messy, offering a fun experience without the pressure of crafting a perfect piece.To make the event even more family-friendly, schools can offer these additional activities: -Clay Play Table (Ages 3–11): A safe, creative space where kids can squish, roll, and sculpt soft clay. -Paint-a-Pot Station: Kids can decorate a small pre-made pot or tile with underglaze or acrylic paint. -Smash Cam Photo Booth: A fun photo station with props where younger kids can pose for "smashing" fun! -Raffle or Prize Wheel: Offer kids a chance to win clay-themed prizes or enter to win art bundles with small donations.
