KilnMaster Manual for Kilns Manufactured after June 2013
This is the most up to date KilnMaster Operating Manual. If you have a kiln that was manufactured prior to 2013 you will want to scroll down and choose the manual for your kilns manufacturing date as the features may vary.
KilnMaster Manual for Kilns Manufactured between March 2006 and June 2013
If your Kiln has a Green LED display and, under the Settings Menu you have “16-S” as a feature option, this is the correct manual for you.
KilnMaster Manual for Kilns Manufactured between November 1999 and August 2006
If your controller display is Red, there is a “F/C” key in the top right hand corner and the word “Idle” flashes on the display when the kiln is not firing, this is the correct manual for your kiln. Kilns manufactured between 2004 and 2006 have a red display but instead of having the F/C button they have a Menu button with some new features. For these models you will also want to download the 2004 KM Manual Addendum at the bottom of this page.
KilnMaster Manual for Kilns Manufactured Prior to November 1999
If your kiln has a Red display and does not flash the word “Idle” when the kiln is not firing, this is the correct manual for you.

This manual needs to be updated but is still accurate for most features.
KM Manual Addendum for Kilns Manufactured Between 2004-2006
If oyur kiln has a Red Display and a Menu key in the top right hand corner of the display you will need to download this manual addendum to learn about some new features that were added to the controller.
