Thank you for your interest in our company. Before you begin the application process we wanted to tell you a little bit about how our hiring process is structured. It is very important to us that we find people who will love their job and want to work at Skutt for a very long time.

To help us achieve this, we have contracted with a company that helps us fit the person with the position by having them answer a few questions. These assessments can be both skill and personality based. All of the information gathered through these assessments will be kept confidential within the Skutt organization. A copy of the results will also be made available to you when you are done.

When you click the Proceed button below, you will be directed to the Criteria HireSelect website where you will be asked your name and email address. You will then be given instructions for the assessments that have been selected for the position of which you are applying. Most assessments take an average of 8 minutes to complete and you may be asked to partake in several assessments. You cannot fail an assessment, we are simply looking for the best fit for the position that we are currently looking to fill.

Some of the assessments are timed, so make sure you are ready before you begin. These assessment may be taken on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Make sure you are in an area where you have good WIFI service. All technical questions will be directed to the team at Criteria, so please do not call Skutt (we won’t be able to help you).

When you have completed the testing, the results will be instantly emailed to you and the manager at Skutt who will be hiring for that position. The Team will then evaluate the applicant results and contact you if they feel you are a good fit to move forward in the process. If you are not selected for an interview you will be sent a letter to let you know. Please do not call us directly. You can only take the tests for a particular position once every 3 months.
