Skutt Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the guidelines below for returning or exchanging items purchased from Skutt.
Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by Skutt before shipping. Please call us at 503-774-6000 or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Merchandise (T-Shirts & Hats)
We want you to love your Skutt gear. If your shirt or hat doesn’t work out, here’s how returns are handled:
Eligibility: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are available, pending inventory. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product. We’ll make it right.
General Return Policy (Kilns, Parts, and Equipment)
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Large Ticket Items: Some items (e.g., KMT/GMT upgrade kits, full sets of elements) require special handling and may need a valid credit card on file until the return is received.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Kilns that have been fired
- Body bands
- Custom (CK elements), custom control boxes
- Elements with the pigtails cut off
Refunds: Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.
